Welcome to GlamGoddess Beauty! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite beauty essentials quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping processes, timelines, and fees.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within [e.g., 1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

 Note: During high-volume periods (such as major sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options to get your glam to you when you need it. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

 Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the [United States / Canada / UK], including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (though delivery times to military addresses may take longer).

 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GlamGoddess Beauty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within [e.g., 10] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at GlamGoddessAdm@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will reach out to you via email to request an alternative physical shipping address.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at GlamGoddessAdm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
